I was disappointed at not being able to open one of the pre-loaded programmes since it required a product code to be entered. There was no product code in either the packaging nor in any of the instruction booklets which came with it. Amazon, who have always given me great service, have still not sent either the replacement machine which they promised nor the email with a return label. Cannot understand why they do not have a record of such product codes before they despatch the item. I will be happy to write a comprehensive review of the machine itself once I get the replacement and have used it for a month. I had no problem in setting up the machine but receiving it incomplete is the sole reason for the low star rating.
